Dweebles T.C. (the clown) and D' Balloon Guy are the alter-ego's of Don Dunlap. Don grew up involved in drugs, drinking, and making bad decisions with his life choices. In 1993 he came to know Christ and began the drastic turn around in his life. After two failed marriages he met and married a wonderful Christian woman, Pam, in 2005. Together they have three teenage children.

Don has driven eighteen wheelers, worked security, taught school, and many other jobs in his life. After having back surgery in 2005 and being unable to work for a time, he felt the Lord leading him to work at Clownin' Around for Christ on a full-time basis. Above all the love for the Lord and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the most important things in this ministry.
